Strathmore College is recruiting a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to join our Education team. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting pupils with their work and supporting behaviour while acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

Strathmore College is an SEN college for students aged 16 to 25, with each learner following an individual programme aimed at employment and independence.

Responsibilities

• Working in the college setting alongside tutors and helping students.
• Assisting with pupil behaviour and supporting individual needs.
• Working on site and off site accessing the community or on student work placements.
