Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a caring SEN Learning Support Assistant to join Uxbridge College (UB8) from September. This temporary role supports learners within the SEN Department during a 4–5 day week, with hours typically 8:45am–4:00pm (or 4:45pm).

Applicants should have experience with SEN, a patient and proactive approach, and be prepared to complete DBS and safeguarding checks in line with DfE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting learners with SEN.
• Patient, proactive and compassionate approach.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding checks.

Responsibilities

• Support learners within the SEN Department.
• Assist with learning activities and classroom tasks.
• Follow timetable and school processes as directed.
