Job summary

Randstad UK is recruiting for an Individual Needs Assistant at a leading SEN school in Crawley. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with SEN in a nurturing environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with full training and ongoing support from a senior leadership team. Immediate start and interviews in the next weeks are expected. Salary is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience (references)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Experience with SEN desirable; calm, nurturing and resilient
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
• Support the educational and general well being of SEN learners
• Promote, encourage and create a fun and engaging learning environment
