Teaching Personnel are looking for energetic support assistants to work within an outstanding School in the Barnet/Enfield area.
Salary range - £90 - 105 per day, dependent on experience.

As an ASD specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with diverse learning requirements. You'll work closely with experienced educators and specialists, assisting in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment for every student to thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing one-on-one support: Tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of individual students, helping them to grasp concepts and build essential skills.
• Collaborating with educators and therapists: Working as part of a cohesive team to develop personalized learning plans and ensure the best outcomes for each child.
• Encouraging communication and social skills: Facilitating interactions between students, fostering confidence, and building friendships.
• Celebrating progress: Witnessing the growth and achievements of your students and sharing in their successes.
What we're looking for:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently but also as a team member
• A passion for working with children and making a real impact on their lives
• Some experience of supporting children is necessary. Any experience in schools, with children, with SEN, as a graduate, a youth mentor, sports coach, or anything else similar is preferred.

Successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory references covering he last 3 years of work history as well as possessing an up-to-date DBS on update service or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
