Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant (Supply) to support pupils with SEN across Bristol’s primary schools. The role offers flexible day-to-day bookings with a consistent 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM schedule during term time.

You will work 1-to-1 and in small groups, supporting EYFS to KS2, and collaborate with teachers to implement EHCP strategies. A DBS Update Service check is essential for fast deployment, and the position provides valuable school-based experience across

• Knowledge: Familiarity with primary SEN needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language) and visual support strategies.
