A leading educational recruitment agency is seeking an SEN KS3/KS4 Teacher for a specialist day school in Pilning. The role involves delivering high-quality, adaptive teaching to students with autism, focusing on their academic and emotional progress. Ideal candidates will hold Qualified Teacher status and have experience with special educational needs. Salary: £32,916 - £47,472 (M1 – UPS1)*
Hours: 40 hours per week

Teaching Personnel have a great opportunity to work with a Specialist day school based in Pilning. The school offer flexible, inclusive education and a positive, vibrant learning community, for children and young people aged 7-19 with a primary or secondary diagnosis of autism and related social and communication needs.
Your role will be to provide high quality teaching that will enable pupils to make progress not just academically but socially and emotionally. You must be creative and have high expectations. An understanding of ASC would is essential to support the planning and delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum to enable our pupils to achieve their full potential in all areas.
