Role: SEN KS2/KS3 Teacher
Location: Dawlish SEN School
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Equivalent Salary: £31,650 - £45,646 per annum (MPS/UPS FTE) + SEN Allowance
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for learners across KS2 and KS3 with a range of SEN needs
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional regulation and academic progress
Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists to deliver individualised education plans (IEPs)
Track and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in SEN settings or with pupils with complex needs
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A nurturing, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching
