Deliver engaging functional skills tuition in Maths and/or English to SEN students.

Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that address individual learning gaps.

Adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of learners with additional challenges.

Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to learners and their families.

Collaborate with other professionals and parents to ensure a consistent, supportive learning approach.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in functional skills (Maths or English).
  • Extensive experience working with SEN children.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
Desired Qualifications
  • PGCE in Maths or English and/or QTS (highly desirable).
  • Additional SEN-specific training or qualifications are a plus.
