Job summary

Randstad UK is recruiting for an Individual Needs Assistant at a leading SEN school in Worthing. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with SEN and complex needs across age ranges, within a supportive and high-performing team.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, ASAP start, full-time, with training, a welcome bonus, onsite facilities, free parking and meals. Applicants should have childcare or teaching assistant experience, GCSEs in Maths and English, and a calm,

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, teaching assistant or care roles.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Calm, nurturing and resilient individual.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, small group and whole class support to SEN learners.
• Support the educational and well-being needs of learners with SEN.
