Job summary

Randstad UK in Guildford is seeking an Individual Needs Assistant to support learners with SEN on a 1:1 and small-group basis within a leading SEN school. You will contribute to students’ educational, personal and social development in a nurturing setting.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with full training and ongoing professional development. Interviews will be held in the coming weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 or small group support for learners with SEN.
• Calm, nurturing and resilient individual with references.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Support learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis.
• Support the educational and personal well-being of SEN learners.
• Create a fun, engaging and supportive learning environment.
