Exciting Opportunity Humanities Teacher (Primary or Secondary Trained)

We are currently supporting a specialist setting near Monmouth in recruiting an outstanding Humanities Teacher to lead and develop their Humanities Area of Learning and Experience (AOLE). This is an ideal opportunity for a primary teacher with a passion for History, Geography, or RE, and a strong desire to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including autism, ADHD and emotional behavioural difficulties.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
  • A Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent) - we will also consider candidates without QTS if they have relevant experience

  • Experienced or confident in supporting learners with ALN

  • A clear communicator and strong team player

  • Organised and able to plan engaging, inclusive lessons

  • Resilient, compassionate, and committed to supporting vulnerable learners

  • Enthusiastic about Humanities and cross-curricular teaching
