Job summary

Justteachers Ltd. is seeking a motivated SEN HLTA to join a specialist school in Kidderminster from September 2026. You will support planning, deliver targeted interventions and help create an inclusive classroom environment for pupils with complex needs.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and a passion for helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes. An Enhanced DBS via Update Service or willingness to obtain one is preferred.

About the role:

Justteachers are looking to appoint a motivated and compassionate SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a specialist SEN school in Kidderminster, starting in September 2026. Pre-requisites:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent educational support experience.
• Previous experience working in an SEN school or specialist provision.
• Understanding of strategies to support pupils with additional needs.

• Ability to adapt to the varying needs of pupils.
