SEN HLTA - Join Tradewind to be placed in SEN Schools across Weston-Super-Mare.

Weston-Super-Mare | Full-Time or Part-Time | Term-Time Only | Immediate starts - Flexible work!

The Role at a Glance

• Full-time or Part-Time (to suit you), term-time only (Mon-Fri | 8:30am-3:30pm)
• Long-term contracts available with the potential to become permanent for the right people
• Support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) and EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
• Step in to cover pre-planned lessons when needed - no planning required!
• Be a consistent, trusted adult in the classroom, helping students thrive both academically and emotionally

What We\'re Looking For

• A confident HLTA, or an experienced TA ready to step up
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a school or specialist setting preferred but not essential if you have the right personality for the school
• Someone comfortable managing challenging behaviour with calm, consistency, and care
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills
• Reliability, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed

Pay & Perks

• Daily rate: From £100 per day to £130 per day (depending on experience)
