We are working on behalf of a lovely special school in Cheltenham seeking an HLTA to join their team as a versatile all-rounder. The school caters to students aged 4-16 with a variety of special needs and disabilities, often complex in nature.

The school is approaching a busy period and requires an additional staff member to support across the school on a long-term basis.

The Role

As an SEN HLTA, your primary responsibility will be leading pre-planned lessons across different classes. Flexibility is key, as you will need to adapt to various environments and age groups.

Applicants must have strong classroom management skills and a solid understanding of SEN. QTS is not mandatory, but prior experience working with SEN children is essential. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome.
