Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Salary: £480 - £520 per week – term time only

They are seeking a graduate with experience working with young people to support pupils who may require extra guidance, consistency, and patience to succeed in their education.

For this role, the ideal graduate will:

• Hold a degree (2:2 or above) in any subject

• Have previous experience working with children or young people (this could be in a school, youth work, tutoring, or a care setting)

• Be passionate about supporting students with special educational needs or behavioural challenges

• Be calm, resilient, and confident when managing difficult situations

• Be an excellent communicator and approachable team player
