Job summary

Royal Grammar School invites applications for a Learning Support role within the SEN team. You will support students from Years 3 to 13, helping them build confidence, independence and academic progress through individual and small-group sessions.

You will also coordinate exam access arrangements with JCQ regulations in partnership with the Exams Office. The Learning Support Department is a collaborative team reporting to the Head of Learning Support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with learning differences is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate documentation for exam access arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support through one-to-one interventions and small group teaching.
• Develop study skills and provide lesson recommendations to SEN students.
• Coordinate documentation to process exam access arrangements for GCSE and A Level examinations with JCQ regulations.
