Contract Type:Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary:£31,650 - £45,646 + SEN Allowance

Located in the beautiful rural setting of North Devon, this school provides a nurturing and structured environment for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and associated learning difficulties. The school places a strong focus on therapeutic support, personalised learning, and holistic development, helping students grow in confidence and ability.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to individual student needs
Support the development of literacy and communication skills
Work closely with SEN support staff and therapists to deliver a holistic approach to education
Promote a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching students with SEN, ideally in an SEMH setting
Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing teaching approach
A passion for inclusive education and making a real difference
