Qualifications

• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Ability to develop individualised support plans for learners.
• Experience building and maintaining external partnerships with employers.

• Support SEN students to develop the skills and confidence for workplace experiences.
• Facilitate vocational profiling and job matching for students.
• Lead and deliver small group sessions and inductions.
• Develop and maintain external employer relationships to support student outcomes.
