Macintyre No Limits in High Wycombe is recruiting a SEN Education Mentor to help young people aged 16–25 with learning disabilities and/or autism gain independence and real-life skills. The role operates term-time (39 weeks) with 38 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9:00–16:36) and includes up to 3 weeks of training during holidays.
You’ll support learners at the Flackwell Heath base and on outings, focusing on practical skills and personal growth in a person-centred way.

You don’t need previous experience in social care or education — what matters most is your values, enthusiasm, and belief in people’s potential. We’ll provide all the training and support you need.

We can provide all of the specialist training you need, but we can't train you to be kind, to have initiative, to be friendly and patient; and those are essential qualities for this work.
