A welcoming children's centre in Islington are looking for a level 3 trained Early Years Educator to join them to support both children and families attached to the centre.

The role

In this role you will be based in the children's centre supporting a range of children and their families across various activities and initiatives. Your role will involve preparing and planning engaging activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation, running play & stay sessions, workshops, baby checks etc. You will have direct contact with children ranging from birth to 4 years and should have a good knowledge of early years development. Part of your role will include working directly with families, providing them with support and access to additional parenting and childcare services and support.

This role is all year round (with 5 weeks statutory holiday). You will be required to work across two shift patterns 7.45am 3.45pm / 10.15am 6.15pm. These will alternate each week.

Requirements to apply
