The School Role
A specialist school in Stockport are looking for an SEN Cover Supervisor who can make a real impact to children with barriers to learning! We're looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to help create inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environments where every student can thrive.
As an SEN Cover Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Using effective behaviour management strategies to maintain structure and support student success. Providing individual and small-group support for those with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs. Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and resources for accessibility. Building strong relationships to boost confidence and participation, while tracking progress and providing constructive feedback to support development.
