A specialist school in Blandford Forum is seeking an SEN Cover Supervisor to join their team from 22nd April 2025. This full-time role supports students aged 5 to 16 with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them develop academically and personally in a nurturing environment.
This school takes a holistic and individualised approach to education, ensuring every student is valued and supported. With small class sizes and a focus on emotional well-being, students gain confidence, resilience, and essential life skills. The dedicated staff work closely with students, providing tailored support that fosters growth and success.
Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, keeping students engaged.
Support students' learning, behaviour, and well-being.
Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
Implement behaviour strategies that encourage self-regulation.
Work closely with teachers and support staff.
