Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is partnering with a well-established specialist school in the Hounslow area to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher to join its expanding primary provision.

You will lead tailored lessons for pupils with severe learning difficulties, autism, and complex needs, work with support staff and families, monitor progress, and adapt teaching to ensure every child can reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential.
• Experience with SEND/autism desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engaging, tailored lessons within a specialist primary setting.
• Support pupils with a range of complex additional needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families.
