Booker Park School in Aylesbury is seeking a Class Teacher/Deputy Department Lead to join our caring, supportive environment. You will lead a designated class, manage classroom staff, and deliver tailored learning to meet individual needs while supporting behaviour review and meetings with senior staff.

We welcome candidates from both primary and secondary backgrounds, including Early Career Teachers, with full training provided to specialise in SEN teaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead a designated class and manage classroom staff.
• Plan and deliver tailored learning to meet individual needs.
• Support the review and monitoring of behaviour incidents from classes within allocated classes, with support from the Deputy or Assistant Headteacher
• Attend daily and weekly meetings and lead them as required.
