We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our supportive and nurturing team, working together to achieve the very best outcomes for pupils and help make a real difference in their lives.

The Role

The successful candidate will teach all allocated areas of the primary curriculum to a small bespoke class group of up to 6 pupils, supported by a Teaching Assistant. Responsibilities include planning, preparing, and presenting lessons tailored to the needs of the entire ability range.

You will be expected to:

  • Motivate pupils through enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and professionals to ensure high standards of education
  • Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Use diverse teaching strategies and resources to promote engagement and learning
  • Create and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment
  • Adhere to all school policies and procedures aligned with school values
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent

Successful SEN teaching experience

Good knowledge of the national curriculum

Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student success
