Academics Ltd in Witney is seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Assistant to support students in a specialist SEN school. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development.

Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will implement individual behaviour plans, build trusting relationships, and offer consistent guidance. Start ASAP, full-time, 8:30am–3:30pm, £93–£110 per day.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with challenging behaviours and learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, independence and social development.
• Work with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams to implement individual behaviour support plans.
• Build trusting relationships with students and offer consistent guidance and encouragement.
