We're on the lookout for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our client school in Lyndhurst, Hampshire, supporting pupils aged 5-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition and behavioural needs.
Whether you're experienced in behaviour support or simply passionate about helping others, we'd love to welcome you to our team. We understand life can be busy, so flexible working options are available-let us know what works for you!
You'll work alongside caring teachers and tutors, supporting students as they navigate their learning day.
You'll play a key role in helping young people build their confidence, learn social skills, and use positive behaviour strategies.
Whether it's working one-on-one or in a small group, you'll be part of those moments that make all the difference.
A kind heart, a patient mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
GCSE Maths & English (grade C or level 4) are essential.
Previous experience is a bonus, but if you're new and passionate, we'll help you find your feet.
A resilient and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 (Mon-Tue), 08:30 - 16:00 (Wed-Thu), and 08:30 - 15:00 (Fri).
Term-time only (39 weeks per year).
Hourly rate starting at 13.96.
Location: Lyndhurst, Hampshire (transport links available).
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
The right to work in the UK.
Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references from education or childcare.
