The successful candidate will work with the school's highly successful pastoral manager in removing the barriers to learning experienced by some students who have special educational needs. This will be through planned outreach in the classroom and leading intervention programmes in the inclusion area. Effective communication with parents/carers/staff and other relevant professionals is an essential part of this role.
