About the Role:
We partner with local authorities across East London to deliver high-quality tutoring to children requiring extra support due to gaps in their education or SEN needs. As an SEN Tutor, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 tutoring sessions, tailored to the child’s individual learning plan.
  • Support children with diverse SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and more.
  • Help children build confidence and re-engage with education.
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and local authorities to track progress and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Work flexibly, choosing from morning, noon, or evening sessions.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of SEN experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A teaching qualification such as QTS or PGCE is highly desirable.

Contract Type:

  • Temporary (with immediate start available). The aim is to get these children back into mainstream school.
