As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that the pupil is fully engaged with their learning, helping them overcome any barriers they may face. Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, staff, and parents
• A patient and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed
• Enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants
