Job summary

Ideal candidates hold Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualifications, with proven experience supporting children with SEND. The role requires calm resilience, consistency, and a proactive, engaging approach to student progress.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Has demonstrable experience supporting children with complex SEND.
• Is calm, patient, resilient and proactive.
• Is confident managing challenging behaviour using positive strategies.
• Can adapt support to meet individual needs and keep pupils engaged.
• Is committed to providing consistent, high-quality one-to-one support.

Responsibilities
