Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Angmering. You will provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with EHCPs, focusing on communication, emotional regulation, and access to learning.

Work closely with experienced staff, implementing structured routines and effective behaviour management to help children thrive both academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in supporting children with SEN, including ASD, speech & language needs, or SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN to access learning using structured routines and calm behaviour management.
• Collaborate with staff and external professionals to ensure tailored, regulated support.
• Provide nurturing, inclusive assistance to help pupils thrive academically and emotionally.
