Job summary

Osprey Engineering Solutions is seeking an Electronics Test & Development Engineer for an office-based role in Hampshire. You will develop test methods, fixtures and automated routines to characterize semiconductor devices, translating customer objectives into reliable test approaches.

You will design power supplies, interfaces and PCBs, and build clear reports from measurements. A 2:1 or first-class honours degree is required, with strong analogue/digital electronics knowledge and a willingness

Qualifications

• Degree: 2:1 or First Class in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• GCSE Maths A or 7+, A-level Maths B or higher.
• Strong grounding in analogue and digital electronics.
• Willing to work daily at the Hampshire site and travel within ~30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Develop semiconductor test methods and fixtures for ESD, latch-up and related characterization.
• Understand devices and translate objectives into a reliable test approach.
• Design or support power supplies, interfaces, fixtures and PCBs.
• Build automated test routines and generate plots, I-V curves and reports.
• Use lab equipment methodically; investigate anomalies and distinguish genuine results.
