Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Semi-Skilled Operative (Mixer) at our client's busy food manufacturing facility, with immediate starts available. Elm is the site location. You must have your own transport to get to and from the site.

Shifts and Pay
  • Day Shift: 8:00 am – 7:30 pm
  • Rate of pay: £13.10 per hour
  • Overtime after 38.5 hours: £16.38 per hour (Day Shift)
  • Shifts: 4 on 4 off, with additional overtime offered but not required

Please note that shifts are subject to change to cover and meet business requirements. This is an ongoing position with a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Batching and mixing combinations of ingredients in accordance with product recipes and production schedule.
  • Support the wider team with other preparation machinery.
  • Ensure your own health and safety, and that of others.
  • Maintain product quality, adhere to procedures, and proactively solve problems.
Qualifications
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and good level of written English to complete paperwork accurately
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
