Employment Type: PAYE

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our team in Portsmouth. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience in construction, fabrication, or general labouring who is looking to develop their skills and contribute to a busy and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespeople and skilled workers with day-to-day site operations
  • Perform general labouring duties including material handling, site preparation, and clean‑up
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Support fabrication, assembly, or installation processes as required
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working area
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a construction, engineering, or industrial environment preferred
