Overview

ARC are currently looking for a Labourer to join our client on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out general labouring tasks on-site, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  • Assist tradespeople with their duties, providing support as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions as needed.
  • Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
  • Familiarity with health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
