CNC Setter/Operator - Mill/Turn (FANUC) - Night Shift
Location: Poole
Salary: 46,000 - 50,500 per annum (salary includes 1.5 x night shift uplift)
Hours: Night shift - 37 hours per week
We are currently seeking semi-skilled CNC Setter/Operators to join our night shift team in Poole. If you have experience working with FANUC-controlled Mill/Turn machines and a background in precision engineering (ideally within aerospace), we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn Lathe machines with FANUC controls to produce high-precision components to specification.

  • Working from engineering drawings to ensure parts are produced to the required tolerances.

  • Carrying out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation in line with 5C/5S practices.

  • Supporting a positive and efficient workshop environment.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machinery (FANUC control knowledge essential).

  • Background in aerospace or other high-precision industries preferred.

  • Ability to work independently to set jobs and monitor output quality.

  • Due to ITAR restrictions, applicants must be UK citizens or have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
