Day-to-day Responsibilities

1. Reviewing and Supervising: Oversee team members to ensure high standards of service delivery.
2. Service Charge Accounts Preparation: Manage account preparations for various clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
3. Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile clients' accounts and cashbooks.
4. Year-End Reports: Analyze and report on year-end expenditures.
5. Filing Accounts: Submit accounts timely and accurately to Companies House.
6. Promotion and Innovation: Drive initiatives to enhance client engagement and firm growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 1-2 years' experience in a Practice environment with Service Charge experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
