Puro Associates are supporting an accountancy practice in Cheadle Hulme in their search for a full-time, permanent Semi Senior Accountant to join their friendly, well-established team of professionals.

As a Semi Senior Accountant, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing comprehensive accounting services and financial guidance.

Responsibilities of the Semi Senior Accountant:

• Preparing annual accounts
• Preparing tax computations
• Preparing annual VAT returns
• Providing financial advice and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc assignments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth

Requirements for the Semi Senior Accountant:

• Ideally at least 2+ years’ experience within a UK accountancy firm
