Xeinadin Group in Northallerton is seeking a motivated Semi-Senior Accountant to join our growing office on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work with a varied client base and develop skills across accounts preparation, taxation, VAT and bookkeeping.

The role offers a collaborative team environment, clear progression, and access to ongoing professional development and flexible benefits. Experience in an accountancy practice is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in an accounting role, ideally within an accountancy practice.
• Experience in accounts preparation, tax computations, VAT and bookkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Preparing year-end accounts for a range of clients.
• Preparing tax computations and supporting tax compliance activities.
• Assisting with VAT returns and ensuring submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Undertaking bookkeeping duties and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve queries.
• Ensuring client work is completed accurately and in line with relevant deadlines and regulations.
• Supporting colleagues and senior team members with day-to-day client work and ad hoc assignments.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
