We’re an independent accountancy and tax planning practice in Reigate, and we’re looking for a semi-senior accountant who’s ready to step up, share fresh thinking, and grow with us.

We want someone who brings new knowledge, challenges old routines, and helps attract new clients through quality work and professional confidence.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients (SMEs, contractors, limited companies)
• Prepare statutory accounts, VAT returns, and management accounts
• Support clients with tax planning strategies
• Help improve internal processes through initiative and experimentation
• Assist in onboarding and developing client relationships

We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years’ experience in practice
• Part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA (or similar) – study support provided
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable learning on the job
• Clear communicator, confident in client-facing conversations
• Someone who wants to grow into a bigger role over time
