Responsibilities:

• Preparing year-end accounts under FRS102 & FRS105
• Handling VAT return preparation and submission
• Preparing personal & corporate tax returns
• Executing general bookkeeping tasks
• Providing guidance to junior colleagues as needed
• Acting as liaison with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

• AAT/ACCA/ACA part qualified
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in UK accountancy practice
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in various accounting software platforms
• Meticulous attention to numerical data and detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues
