Job summary

A leading Independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Northampton is seeking a Semi-Senior / Trainee Accountant. The role offers the chance to engage in a variety of accounting tasks, including Accounts Preparation and Tax management, with support for professional growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment and will benefit from ongoing study support for AAT, ACCA, or ACA.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Chartered Accountants firm.
• Full study support available if partway through AAT, ACCA or ACA.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in all aspects of Accounts Preparation.
• Handle Management Accounts, Personal Tax, and Corporation Tax.
• Participate in Audit activities.

360-Recruitment is working with a leading Independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Northampton who have a newly created vacancy for someone to join as a Semi-Senior / Trainee Accountant.

As this is a newly created position the role can be scaled up or down depending on your experience. The company operates quite differently to a lot of other firms, you will gain experience in all aspects of Accounts Preparation, Management Accounts, Personal Tax, Corporation Tax, Audit and will be supported to progress within the business.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working within a firm of Chartered Accountants and full study support is available if you are part way through AAT, ACCA or ACA.
