Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet comptable au Royaume-Uni.
• Qualifications AAT ou partie de ACCA/ACA.

Responsibilities

Your new role
As a Senior Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in the finance team, handling a broad range of responsibilities including bank reconciliations, VAT returns, statutory accounts, and corporation tax. You'll also assist with month-end and year-end reporting, prepare Self-Assessment returns, and support the production of management accounts. Direct client interaction will be a regular part of your role, helping to resolve queries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll ideally need:

• At least 5 years of experience in a UK accountancy practice
• AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA/ACA
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, IRIS, Sage, and QuickBooks
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication abilities and confidence in liaising with clients
