• Proven experience in a semi senior role within an audit environment.

• Preparation of audit files, working papers, and financial statements under UK GAAP/FRS 102/IFRS.
• Support for managers and seniors on large audits and lead smaller client audits when needed.
• Experience with audit planning, fieldwork, and completion.

Our client is seeking a dedicated Semi Senior to join their team based in Harrow. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with planning and completing audits, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, and delivering high-quality work to clients.

You will work closely with senior team members to analyse financial statements, identify issues, and provide insights to clients. The role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in a semi senior position within an audit environment
• Audit Fieldwork: Execute substantive and analytical audit testing on-site or remotely.
• File Preparation: Prepare complete audit files, working papers, and financial statements under UK GAAP or FRS 102/IFRS.
• Assisting Seniors: Support managers and seniors on larger, complex audits and occasionally lead smaller or straightforward client audits
• Experience with audit planning, fieldwork, and completion
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with clients and team members effectively
• Relevant professional qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
