Job summary

Trent Precast Concrete Ltd, part of the JRL Group, is seeking an experienced operator to join its Nottingham precast manufacturing team. You will work to drawings, set up precast units, and help meet daily production targets in a semi-dry facility.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a precast environment, can read manufacture drawings, work on own initiative or in a team, and is committed to high standards and safe production.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Semi-Dry precast manufacturing facility
• Experience with the technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes
• Ability to read manufacture drawings
• Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Operative Supervisor / Factory Manager
• Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units with accordance to as shown and within tolerances
• Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines
• Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements
• Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently
• Have the ability to learn new processes
