Job summary

Qualifications

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching and learning for learners with a primary SEMH need, ensuring lessons are engaging and differentiated.
• Deliver English, maths tutorials, pastoral sessions, and project-based lessons that promote participation and personal growth.
• Lead enrichment activities that build confidence, resilience and engagement.
• Use inclusive teaching strategies to motivate learners who may struggle to engage or have challenging behaviour.
• Monitor learner progress and adapt teaching approaches using feedback.
