Witherslack Group in Tonbridge is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and SEMH needs. You will assist learning, build confidence, and work closely with teachers and therapists to enable progress.

You’ll join a trauma-informed team, providing nurturing support so pupils engage at their own pace and feel safe while developing essential skills for school life.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in a classroom setting.
• Ability to work as part of a team with teachers and therapists.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
