Job description

The role is to start ASAP.

For this role you must:

Have a strong academic background (degree or similar)
Have worked with pupils before in a support/on a 1-2-1/group basis
This roles purpose is to support SEMH pupils, giving them personal care and challenging behaviour (Nurturing Role)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working in a school - (Ideal)
Previous Primary/SEN education experience (preferred)
Previous SEMH experience - (Ideal)
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)
School experience is NOT needed as long you have a care background or something similar
