The Education Network is recruiting Teaching Assistants for multiple sites in Northumberland to support students with diverse needs, including SEMH and SEND. Candidates should be patient, empathetic, and passionate about education. We are working in partnership with a respected Alternative Provision in Northumberland and are recruiting Teaching Assistants for roles across multiple sites starting this September.

This multi-site setting provides education for students across Key Stages 2–4 who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools. Many learners have SEMH, ASD, or other additional needs. The provision offers a supportive, therapeutic environment where strong relationships and consistent support are key.
